Product Overview

The Automatic Water Filtration System is a fully integrated water treatment unit designed for continuous removal of suspended solids, turbidity, and impurities from raw water.
It combines automatic filtration, backwashing, and intelligent control in one compact structure. The system operates automatically according to preset pressure or time parameters, ensuring consistent and high-quality effluent.
This system is widely applied in municipal water treatment, industrial process water, cooling systems, and domestic water purification.

Working Principle

Raw water enters the filtration tank through the inlet and passes through multiple layers of filter media such as quartz sand, anthracite, or activated carbon.
Suspended solids and impurities are trapped in the media bed while clean water flows out from the outlet.
When the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet reaches a set value, or after a preset time interval, the system automatically starts the backwashing cycle, reversing the flow to flush out trapped particles — restoring filtration efficiency.
All operations are controlled automatically via a multiport valve or PLC system.

• PLC Control Cabinet (Optional) – Provides intelligent control, alarms, and remote monitoring.
