Product Overview

The Automatic Chemical Dissolving and Dosing System is an advanced intelligent dosing equipment designed for the precise preparation and metering of dry or liquid chemical agents such as PAM, PAC, or other flocculants.
It integrates automatic feeding, dissolving, aging, and dosing processes, adopting PLC-based closed-loop control to ensure optimal chemical concentration, stability, and efficiency.

Working Principle

The system automatically feeds the chemical powder or liquid into the dissolving tank using a screw feeder or dosing pump.
The chemical is mixed with water at a controlled rate to form a homogeneous solution.
After sufficient dissolution and maturation in the aging tank, the prepared solution is continuously dosed into the treatment line by a metering pump, with real-time feedback from flow and concentration sensors.
